Cleaning and prepping the metal surface is the most important process in powder coating to ensure the quality and longevity of the powder coat. We combine a high-heat electric pressure wash with a multi-metal zirconium and acid etch that removes all of the oils and completely cleans the surface, making it idea for powder coating. This hot pressure wash process is used in cleaning the toughest of oils. With that kind of clean, the quality of our powder coating is second to none!
