Prep Services

Before we begin the powder coating process, we prepare metal pieces by passing them through a five-stage wash system to remove all contamination.

Powder Coating

Our custom powder coating is applied electronically and is then cured in an oven to allow it to flow and form a “skin”, making it tougher than paint.

Pickup & Delivery

Once the powder coating process is complete, our hard-working employees prepare products for shipment on pallets. We also offer local delivery!
